In 2015, I led the visual and UX for Amex’s short-term lending product for small business owners.

WTC was the first digital non-card product many of our team ever worked on giving me the opportunity to champion a user-centered and design thinking approach. We interviewed a mix of business owners ranging from seasonal businesses mom & pop businesses to larger retail and manufacturing companies. Understanding existing landscapes in the small business area helped us visualize key areas where the tool could support.
